Nothing less than superb. I called on the off chance of hopefully booking someone to come round one day to take a look at some potential garden wall/house structural issues. Callum was round within an hour and a half and couldn't have been more helpful

Callum came out early evening the same day I called after I had a huge amount of water coming in upstairs. He throughly checked the roof and in the loft and found out what the problem was, he even went back to Lincoln from Market Rasen to pick up longer ladders. He sent me a quote that was considerably less that the next 2 builders who looked at the job. All work was completed on time and very professionally, I can 100%Recommend.

Callum was a great help sorting the porch remotely. I work in Kent and needed a porch repair ASAP in Lincoln. He completed the works, sent photographs and then sent the keys where needed. Very trustworthy.

Very professional and thoughtful service. I exposed a brick wall around the fireplace and came across bricks covered with grey substance and loose pointing work.Wheeldon replaced the bricks covered with the grey material using spare old bricks I had, they removed some plasterboard and repointed with lime. Callum is very thorough and spends time understanding the issue and going through options in a very clear way. On the day, he and his friend were punctual. They cleaned up and took away the rubble. Very happy with the outcome.

Opened up a doorway for us and put in a larger lintel, then plastered to finish. Very friendly and professional from start to finish, fast and efficient work and fairly priced. Would highly recommend this company.

Wheeldon Developments came out and gave multiple detailed quotations, free of charge. The works including fitting a new window and altering current brickwork to comply with building regulations.
