Asked for 2 quotes for my daughter to have adaptions done to her car. Ignored on 1st occasion so while on a visit to Costco popped in. Female in office was very rude and we felt like we wasnt welcome. So much we were ushered out the door and still no sign to date of the quote. If i was you id go to sirus of west Bromwich for your adaptions they couldn't have been nicer and once car arrives will be where we go. Jdhc needs to take a big look at how they treat the people they claim to be helping because id never recommended them now and if i could have given a zero star i would have

Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Took my car with hoist & power wheelchair for them to take exact measurements so as to be able to fit them into my new Motability car. its nice to know we still have specialist companies that really know their job and offer good polite service..Looking forward to having hoist fitted as soon as they receive parts that have been ordered . Having the hoist for my wheelchair allows me to have a certain amount of Independence I otherwise would not have. The Motability scheme together with expert adaptation companies such as Jim Doran bring freedom and enjoyment into so many disabled peoples lives

Just had mobility scooter hoist fitted to our car by this company.The hoist is well engineered with good installation and functions exactly as expected.The only negative comment I would make is that the vehicle was returned to us with this company's badge/logo/trademark attached to the tailgate paintwork of the car and having a serious dislike for stickers etc on motor cars, I was not well pleased.

It's a good place to use if you have a adapted vehicle & need advice on/in any form...I really appreciate there help from time to time,if I find any problems or issues with my special adapted vehicle, Which was adapted for me, from a specialist vehicle supplier from another company.
