David has been super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Even though his hi-fi was a little above my budget, he spent the time recommending speakers which were and also suggested shops were I could get my amp serviced. Incredibly responsive, especially considering I didn't buy anything from him (not yet anyway...). He is clearly very passionate about what he does. Highly recommend purely for the service and expertise.

David is great to deal with, a true enthusiast with no high pressure sales tactics, I originally went to him because of all the advice he gave on the forums and since then he is my first stop for anything hi-fi related . Would have no hesitation in recommending him, if he cant supply what you need he wont fob you off and will recommend something even if he doesn't stock it, rare service these days!

Had a great experience recently with David from the Little Audio Company. I was quite demanding as a customer but this didn't seem to phase him one bit.He was knowledgeable yet easy going, allowing me to reflect on the options. If your in the area I would recommend getting in touch with him.

I purchased an Anthem AVR from David with a very good exchange amount for my old model Anthem and the transaction was completed quickly despite the best efforts of a striking band of national workers (!) to my complete satisfaction.Superb service coupled with excellent advice. What more could one ask for?

David is an absolutely outstanding hi-fi dealer. His knowledge of equipment and experience is 2nd to none. However it is his patience with customers and his desire to please them which makes him stand out above all other dealers.I recently bought a new stereo system from him following several weeks of emails discussing what I required and David also has a list of options. Since I live in a relatively small town I did not have a quality hi-fi dealer locally I could visit. David was incredibly patient and corresponded with me for several weeks.The system which I ended up purchasing was beyond my expectations. To say that I am totally delighted with would be an understatement.Thank you for your patience David

Great Kit Backed Up By Good Advice.The owner, David, knows his stuff and his advice can always be relied on. He is also not trying to extract ££££s from you but delivers good products at good prices. I've purchased speakers, a subwoofer and more recently a phono preamp, all very good. David recommended the Moon phono preamp. It's a more affordable stage compared to most and it's absolutely brilliant for the price. I've had a more expensive and highly acclaimed stage in the past and honestly it doesn't come close. If you want good advice and to not have to take out a mortgage, talk to David.

I have gone against one of the cardinal sins of HiFi speaker purchase, and brought a pair of speakers blind (or should that be ‘deaf’) so to speak. I treated myself to a retirement present of a new pair of Ophidian P3 Evolution speakers. After a lot of reseacrh online/reviews/websites I sent out a few emails to retailers who stocked the different speakers I had an interest in. And it was David Falkner of The Little Audio Company of Birmingham who came back with the most helpful advice. After a few (a lot really) emails back and forth with David’s excellent product knowledge and patience, I settled on the P3s. Which are now connected to my Naim kit and singing well. Thank You David.
