I would give them a higher star rating if I could. Friendly and helpful I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend you try this shop before going to the big impersonal stores in the shopping centres.

Been a regular customer for years but now it has changed owners and not the same. Feel the customer service is not as good and previously when made a purchase we were given a lovely gift bag with our purchase but today nothing … not even a paper bag! Please work on customer service to keep this great business the way it was

Would NEVER recommend this placeRude staff who don't listen and have no sense of customer care.Staff and owner are not bothered if you are satisfied or not.

Good old fashioned customer service exists at the heart of this local business. Nothing is too much trouble, they even gift wrap the jewellery for you. I would totally recommend this place.

Fantastic jewellers for stock selection and more importantly service. My whole family have shopped at Campbells for decades. Great to see that customer loyalty has kept this family business going even through a pandemic!

Recently been taken over ,all new staff apart from one ,they have had my necklace for a month now to be lengthened,the gentleman who I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude ,all very sad
