First time to this store. Both the ladies were extremely helpful and put up with me with an odd request. Helped me no end. Enya and Bowie..mmmmore of a Zappa man myself

Be careful here they will refuse to refund your money even if they sell you the wrong product. They try to get round consumer protection law by stating REFUNDS ONLY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS. I brought a good quality A4 punched pocket sleeve as a sample one and I showed the lady in the shop it was an over size pocket sleeve and I explained I needed the same high quality but just wanted the standard A4 size. The lady recommended a packet but when I got them home I noticed that they were top and SIDE opening. Completely unsuitable for my use and unlike the over size top opening one I showed the lady. She was adamant that she could not give me a refund. I was equally adamant that I had been sold the wrong product on her advice and it was there mistake not mine. After 10 minutes arguing they reluctantly gave me a refund. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO TAKE A COURSE IN CONSUMER LAW AND BEHAVE LIKE A RESPONSIBLE RETAILER. I eventually went to W H SMITH and got the pocket leaves I needed

I come here as often as I can the staff are friendly knowledgeable and efficient and they always have what I need

Always friendly staff

After the refusal to refund for a mistaken purchase, and staff with little or no understanding of the law (just a a print out of a non-government web-site as an excuse) I reluctantly accepted a credit note for which I have No use (other than hanging on a nail in the smallest room) I Will Never again spend money with this local business now I will join the many and visit a multinational where I will be treated with the courtesy expected by the modern consumer. Thankfully Most local businesses do not treat customers with such outdated methodology and will continue to get my support. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who expects to be treated fairly
