Like all the other reviewers, I have nothing but praise for the way Dominic handled my questions and my order. Dominic and his colleagues arranged the delivery so that Dad could have his chair whilst I was visiting from overseas. This made all the difference to us as he wasn't at all sure he wanted or needed a new chair and had to be persuaded. 15 minutes playing with the chair, reclining and rising and he was totally happy. We can now relax knowing that he has a good solid, warm and comfortable chair that he can get in and out of. Morris Living - a great company with excellent customer service - you won't be disappointed buying from them.

The chair we purchased was not quite right for us. Very impressed with Jade and Dominic in customer care who took this on and fully refunded the purchase on return receipt of the goods.They deserve their five stars

Only 2 days from ordering recliner swivel chair to arrive. Had a problem with a part that needed replacing. Phoned up at 9am next day by 11:30am part was delived Fantastic customer service

I was recommended this company by a relative who had also bought a rise and recliner chair. The chair I received was lovely however after a couple of months the footrest developed a fault. My relatives chair is still in perfectly working order so I can only assume that occasionally you’ll get one with a fault. After contacting Morris Living, they quickly organised a replacement and removed the faulty one within a couple of days. Their customer service was excellent; Jade was very helpful. I would highly recommend morris living; the dual motor rise and recliner chairs are mainly catered for people with mobility issues (like me) but the chairs would be great for anyone who’s looking for a recliner.

Last week I ordered and took delivery of a genuine leather Kansas swivel recliner. I was extremely happy and impressed with the delivery by DPD. As for the chair, it’s absolutely brilliant. Assembly took me a little longer than I anticipated but this was my fault for paying insufficient attention to the more than adequate instructions included with the chair.The staff at Morris Living were outstanding in their helpfulness and patient in answering all my questions fully.My only other point is that if you want a really comfortable, very attractive and perfectly designed and built chair then you need to go no further than Morris Living. A very excellent early birthday present from my wife.

I needed to get a riser/recliner chair for my Father relatively quickly. Morris Living came to the rescue with helpful advice. An order was promptly made and the chair arrived in super quick time the very next day.Jade was most helpful in facilitating this. My Father is delighted with his new chair which makes life so much easier for him. A quality product alongside refreshingly good service. I had a fault on the riser/recliner I bought in Nov 2020. Morris Living quickly provided me with the warranty details I needed and how to process them. However, the warranty company has proved very difficult to deal with. Basically they were avoiding rectifying the fault or agreeing to a replacement. After many emails and phone calls to the warranty company lasting over a period of a month , I contacted Morris Living directly and spoke to Jade. On my behalf, she chased the warranty company herself which resulted in the delivery of a replacement chair today.

Chair is great. Almost bought one in local store for more than twice the price. Mam is very pleased. Would deffo recommend Morris Living chairs. Ps also got 5 year fabric guarantee.
