Had fantastic service from a Manager (believe his name was Luke) who listened to my concerns regarding the quality of fish food and replaced my packet free of charge, was very informative regarding the best conditions for my goldfish (Wallace), and let me mix and match on zebra and red spotted snails. Legendary customer service. Cheers

Our recent visit to pets at home yesterday was absolutely first class. We bought our puppy a lovely coat for the cold weather, plus the staff were excellent as always.

Went to buy a baby rabbit, got all the equipment too, staff was really friendly and gave good advice.The found out a week later she was pregnant by the vet. She gave birth to 6 baby girl a day later.This Is when the staff was very un helpful. We try to speak to the manger about some help toward the babies but they have been no apology from them, they haven't offer us in anyway compensation as now we have 7 rabbits when we only wanted one.Please beware when buy ANY rabbits or animal from here. Having to now pay and look after the animal our self. Very disappointed in them, and shame on them !!!!!!!!!

Came in with our Border Collie for a quick check up at the groom room because we were worried he might have a tick. Very friendly woman working there was so lovely & made us feel so comfortable (even though it wasn't a tick, we just panicked) & staff at tills were also very friendly. Great customer service, will definitely be back to have him groomed there. :)
