Royal Mail - Glasgow South East Delivery Office

*update* went today and hours have changed but still the place isn't open even though they have changed the time! Worse sorting office I've ever came in to contact with! Constantly shut! Opening times on Google are either wrong or they just shut whenever they want! Really need to really sort themselves out or shut this place down!

This is Royal Mail Scotland for you. The parcel will be stolen before you send it.A post man tried to deliver my parcel twice. Last time on the 28/10. Then my parcel disappeared into thin air. Wasted over 5 hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on with it. I’ve tried to redirect it to my local post office several times. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful and my parcels tracking number has never been updated. According to the customer service my parcel was kept at my local delivery office at Fullerton street. One the member of staff working there just told me that the parcel went missing/was stolen… it has never been returned to the delivery office after the post man was unable to deliver it to my address because I was in work.

Given new hours which don’t match times on website difficult to find a time it opens. Part of management cost cutting rather than improving service

Never open. They have steadily reduced their hours to be virtually inaccessible by the majority of the public, and they can't even update their website to reflect these hours so they end up with lines of people waiting at the door every day thinking they're about to opening then never do. Shambles.

Sorting office closes at 10 o'clock! What use is that to anyone? Besides that my parcel was a t shirt a bloody t shirt and they couldn't post it! Useless service and lazy post persons

I've been trying to redirect my parcel for over a week now. Had to call them several times last week and wasted about 5 hours trying to sort the whole situation out ( waiting time to get through to a person was over 50mins ) According to the Royal Mail customer service my parcel is kept in that office and they simply don't bother touching it. It also looks like their online redirection system isn't working.

Opening hours for parcel collections are shocking. Even worse is it’s not even open the times that it’s showing on the website! Sort it out Royal Mail!!!30/08 - STILL NOT UPDATED THE WEBSITE AND STILL FOLK TURNING UP POINTLESSLY TO FIND ITS CLOSED!!!!!!!!

I went there twice and didn't get my package. I checked the time online. said it's open. But it wasn't open when I got there. Same thing happened the next day. Try book redelivery online. There is no update at all do not know whether the appointment has been successful. terrible……..

What a terrible service! 3rd time the post person delivered not my mail! I'm waiting on very important stuff from hospital and now I have no idea if this was posted or no! 3rd time I got some PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL" mail addressed to my neighbours! This should be actioned straight away and person who has done it should be sacked but when I phone to office no one see a problem there
