Amazing service from start to finish, from getting a free small sample tile, to getting the full sample tile, and then ordering the batch of tiles required for my project. I was extremely happy with the personal service and the quality of the tiles. They look fantastic compared to the cheap slabs which the developer had used, as you can see. My wife and I are puppy raisers for Guide Dogs for the Blind, and so wanted a patio with low or zero porosity, so that the puppies little 'accidents' can be cleaned up easily.After some searching online, I found these Cotswold Ivory tiles which appeared to be just what we wanted.Ordering was easy and a few days later the tiles were delivered. The communication from PrimaPorcelain was excellent.My builder's only problem during the laying process was caused by porcelain tiles being so hard, and he got through quite a few specialist cutting discs. Hopefully this means, however, that these tiles are going to be extremely durable.Now the tiles have been laid, we are really pleased with how they look and love the variation in the colouring of the tiles.If I need outdoor tiles in the future for any other part of my garden, will definitely use PrimaPorcelain again.

Great product at an affordable price. Good communications throughout the order and delivery process, with staff available to speak to directly by phone. Also, helpful technical assistance over one or two questions I had whilst installing the slabs. I’m very pleased indeed with the result and would recommend this company.

Prima porcelain provided excellent service from beginning to end. We initially ordered a few samples that arrived quickly and helped us to select our favourite (Limestone Champagne). Once we ordered, we were able to schedule our delivery on the day we wanted to align with the project timescales. I was particularly impressed that Prima Porcelain were always quick to answer my calls and were alway really helpful. I would definitely recommend. We are delighted with the end result as you can see in the photos.

Great service, would recommend highly.I ordered 350 square meters of Limestone Grey Porcelain 600x600 outdoor tiles. They look fantastic and are high quality tiles. Ordering such a large amount comes with its own complications re delivery however Ruslan was a superstar through the purchasing and delivery process. He was very professional, had great communication throughout and made sure that the tiles were delivered promptly. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Rus if you’d like a superb service.

We recently purchased PavingPlus Porcelain Ivory tiles from Prima Porcelain to make a new walkway in our garden. The tiles look great and are of a high quality. We are so happy that we don't have to push buggy on the grass anymore plus the tiles are great for our toddler as they are anti slippery no matter the weather. Having looked at various suppliers for Porcelain tiles to replace an existing patio I eventually ordered from PrimaPorcelain. From first contact to receiving the tiles was a first class experience. The order was taken and the delivery made just as agreed. The tiles were very well packed, which very little damage, perhaps 2% (usually expect 10% to be damaged through delivery). The tile quality is everything I had wished for and now they are laid the expectations have been more than matched.
