Excellent customer service from THE colour specialists in the UK. I was concerned about ordering a large number of Just Normlicht professional daylight lighting tubes for my print studio - in case there were any problems in transit. I needn't have had any concerns; all items arrived safely, well packaged and quickly. I highly recommend this company - I sourced several items (computer monitors, colour targets, lighting) from them and no doubt will be coming back for more in future. These guys are the Color Confidence traders. No confidence earned.Fingers crossed nothing you receive is faulty.I bought a product that was faulty. Instead of taking responsibility they fobbed me off to the manufacturer. Even after I told then that their legal position was to deal with me and that asking me to deal with anyone else was illegal – my bank agreed and were about to go after them on my behalf for breach of contract.Don't bother deal thing with these no-name resellers. Go direct to the manufacturer or find a resellers name you've heard of.Whatever you do don't buy from these fly-by-night traders.

Excellent company, the person I spoke to ( Victoria) had an extremely pleasant manner and was very helpful. Not only did they have the item in stock but sent it me very quickly too. I can't recommend them enough and would give them more than 5 stars if I could..
