We hired Jo for our Thank You Fest 21 event. It was a really enjoyable, fun hour for staff and their families to enjoy together. Jo's energy and enthusiasm is infectious!

Kitchen Dancing
If you find exercising boring, give Kitchen Dancing a try instead. Jo makes it lots of fun. She is so full of energy and enthusiasm, it's infectious. The music ranges from swinging 60's, disco 70's, new wave 80's to techno 90's. Since March, Jo has had to hold her classes online, which she has done with even more energy and enthusiasm! She has transformed a room into the Disco Den, and it certainly lives up to it's name!
