Mill Garage

I am writing to thank Andrew and his mechanics for the assistance they have provided to my S-Max. An “Engine Service Now” error appeared on the car’s dashboard. We wrote it off, I went to the garage, they did diagnostic, described the possible cause and reset the error as we agreed to see if it would appear again. The service didn't charge me anything for this. Unfortunately, after some time the error came back and it was decided to deal with the problem on the service. Andrew kindly lent me his car while mine was being repaired, which I was very happy about. Great service with very friendly staff. I recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of the guys at Mill Garage. I spoke to Andrew ,who didn't know me from Adam, and asked him if he wouldn't mind looking at a car for me at Matthewsons classic car auctions just up the road from him, as I wasn't able to get up there myself. He was only too pleased to help out.Later in the day I got a call from Albert who had examined the car and I gave me the information I needed in order to place a bid.Andrew wouldn't take any payment for the service, but was only too happy to help me out. You can't find this kind of service these days. If I needed any work doing on my car and was in the Pickering area I wouldn't hesitate to use Mill Garage, it's obvious that nothing is too much trouble for them.Thanks again guys. Hope to call in when I am in the area again, and thank you personally with some beers!

It is our second day on holiday in the area and the shock absorber on my car needed an urgent fix. After already being turned away by another garage who were too busy, the guys at Mill Garage, despite how busy they were, diagnosed the issue and got a part ordered. They also lent us a car so we could go and enjoy our holiday without worry . After receiving the part our car was fixed and picked up in under 3 hours. I am so thankful for all they have done and for resolving the issue so quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of a very annoying and frustrating situation. Also the price was very reasonable, and I would recommend to all.

Well where to start, Andrew is an absolute gent, I've had two dealings with him, 1st I bought a car from him as I'd been screwed over a different car.2nd when I bought the car from him he kept my van as it was due for mot, he got it done quickly after telling me what it needed as he knew I needed it back for work, can't fault the service received from Andrew and his garage, will not hesitate to use again, good honest mechanic !!Thanks Andrew, enjoy the brownies

Engine maintenance light come on whilst on holiday, which is everyones worst nightmare. Check the reviews and Mill Garages had the most positive/best rating. Andy was great check the diagnostics and resolved the issue striaght away. He couldn't have done more for me. Mind put at ease straight away. Now I can get back to enjoying my holiday. I highly recommend Mill Garages.

The service from this garage was great. Such helpful and friendly staff, kindly lent us a car to get back to our holiday accommodation. Repaired our car at the drop of a hat, knowing we were on holiday . Really don't think we would of got such great service at home in Essex. Highly recommend.

Mill garage came out to our flat tyre late on Friday evening. We was stock in Pickering with a flat tyre whilst on route to runswick bay, they came out took the tyre off and went to get it replaced for us. Saved our holiday couldn’t thank them enough.Great company and lovely people

This garage is superb. We had a faulty clutch whilst on holiday. Andrew was so helpful and caring. Collected my car, fitted new clutch and returned my car to me. What could have been a terrible holiday was made good by Andrew and Albert. Two lovely guys who couldn’t do enough to help. Have no hesitation in recommending mill house garage to anyone. Big thanks again guys.

We were traveling from Scotland to York for holiday when disaster struck and our clutch burn out. Along came a fantastic AA guy (waiting only 40mins) and then he contacted Mill garage who were able to fit us in. Car was ready less rhan 24 hours later and he was able to give us a car to help us get to hotel while wait8ng for our to be ready. Can't thank them enough and where all so friendly.
