Very pleased with the service and products purchased (split Indian stone bulk pack for me to choose 2 matching flags). Couldn't have gone better. Very competitively priced too. Certainly recommend and will definitely return.

Don't usually leave any reviews but have to for Stonecraft - they are excellent! I've used the lockdown to rip up and re-lay my driveway but I couldn't get gravel anywhere. Found Stonecraft online and not only do they have stock, they are cheaper than all other local suppliers.On top of that, the lads in the showroom were very helpful, the delivery driver was superb when he delivered today and the Cotswold buff gravel is top quality.I will definitely use Stonecraft again.

Why would you repeatedly send the same size vehicle to deliver to a road with seemingly limited access (Dust carts manage fine however) and then apply additional charges to the customer and also create tension between neighbours? You also said you'd send a driver then didn't and turned up on a different day entirely seemingly without notification. Having worked in distribution for ~10 years I find some people must be culpable other than the customer.I'm just the neighbour.

Very disappointed with the service, Broken tiles sent out and would not replace. Very unhappy staff that makes you feel unwelcome, Will try another store in the future.

Literally could not be bothered to help us in any way - astoundingly poor service - just plain rude. 75 sq m of porcelain woodplank going elsewhere....
