I cannot recommend Mark and the team at Rockvale Motors highly enough. I was extremely nervous buying a used car (especially such an upgrade), having had a bad experience with another dealer. Mark was unbelievably patient and reassuring with me. I doubt that I would have taken the leap without him. Not only that, but he's been amazing in the 5 months since I bought the car - with all of my questions and upgrades! I wouldn't service my car or buy from anyone else now.It's a stunningly beautiful and immaculate car and I haven't had a single issue with it - other than getting used to driving it!

It was a real pleasure to deal with this Company. Mark and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We collectedour BMW Z4 yesterday, it is a 2007 and it was like taking delivery of a new car. We would recommend this Company to anyone looking for a quality used car. The most engaging and sumptuous purchase experience ever.I exchanged a few emails with Mark enquiring about the Z3s he was advertising for sale and whether any of them would meet my requirements. We followed up these exchanges with a very productive and informative telephone conversation which lasted circa 60 minutes.Mark speaks with unparalleled knowledge and passion for what he does and the cars he sells. He knows almost every one of them to owners, mileage and provenance.I then spent the entire Saturday (25th March 2023) down at Rockvale; Mark afforded me at least 2.5 hours of 1:1 time (which was greatly appreciated and valued) but at NO POINT did he ever try and hard sell me anything or persuade/dissuade me. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the cars and listening to his experience in the trade. He spoke with passion and great knowledge again and I was thoroughly absorbed and engaged in the Rockvale business and brand.At the end of the day (literally the end of the day) Mark and I both smiled as I put a deposit down on a 2012 registered 125i M Sport Edition Plus - after looking at every Z3 at Rockvale and being briefed on every one I enquired after, the 125i M Sport took my eye.I couldn’t recommend Rockvale enough to anyone looking for a genuine BMW or Mercedes. Not a bad vehicle anywhere and the Rockvale team (I saw Mark and Rafa today) were EXCELLENT; truly excellent. My exhaust manifold on my BMW 2004 525D was cracked and needed replacing. I was recommended to Rockvale Motor Co who have done a fantastic job replacing the manifold at a very reasonable price.Mark and his staff where very friendly and extremely nice. I bought a 2011 BMW 125i M Sport Coupe Auto, from Rockvale at the begining of August this year, the car has been brilliant and faultless up to now and I've just done 1000 miles in it to date. Mark and Daniel made the whole buying experience a pleasure and they are totally professional, I will be using Rockvale Motor Company for my maintenance and servicing, finally, I have been driving and owned many different cars since 1972, and I have to say that this goes down as on of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

I cannot recommend Mark and his team at Rockvale highly enough. He and his team are a real credit to their profession, both in terms of sales and after sales. I recently bought a 1997 BMW Z3 from Rockvale, and not only has Mark got the knowledge, skill and understanding about finding a great car, he sells it in a great way too, and it is a really informative enjoyable experience, but it doesn't stop there. The extra stuff (at his expense I hasten to add) he does before he lets you drive away from the showroom provides the trust and confidence you want as a purchaser. I drove my newly acquired BMW Z3 home, only to discover it had developed an alternator fault on the way home to the east coast, neither I or Mark could have foreseen this as it would be impossible to check every single moving mechanical part prior to driving away with it, even though Mark insists on a complete inspection, service and road test before driving away. Mark, within the week, arranged for a replacement alternator and despatched one of his mechanics to my house on the other side of the country and the fault rectified with the minimum amount of fuss, now that is what I call service!!, so team Rockvale you can be proud of yourselves, fellow motor trade professionals take note, and potential future customers you have my reassurance you will be well looked after Mark and his team. Particular thanks also go to Daniel and Rafael who are excellent ambassadors for the firm.
