Went for the first time today. Lady that served was polite and friendly, prices were reasonable. The kinder/Nutella cake slice was really nice, and you do get a hefty wedge for your money. All in all would recommend and I shall be going again

Visited the store today... as someone who has allergies and intolerance it's very difficult to be able to eat the good stuff. I asked the woman on the desk if I could read the allergen list and I was so impressed with how highly detailed it was!Will be returning, delicious too!

Friendly and polite service this evening! I was unsure what to choose and the young lady recommended the kinder cookie. It was amazing, Highly recommended!

I visited on sunday, received excellent service and the donut was lovely!, the staff member was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!!

Bought a box of 4 doughnuts. They were huge, some of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Batch'd if you want amazing quality desserts.

First time I went to the store had outstanding service by a girl with glasses and long brown/black hair. Recommended me a cookie pie ( it was amazing!). I the visted again on the 23/11/23 and was sadly disappointed. The women was stood scrolling on her phone. Wasn’t the same service unfortunately.

Food was nice. Shame the two girls who served me looked annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. No uniforms looked awful not gonna lie. Yea just didnt like the customer service at all.

£6 for the Caramel Freddo brownie. It was nice and the woman serving was polite. The brownie was a solid 7/10, good size and lots of caramel in it. It got sickly quite fast as it has a lot (like a lot a lot) of sweet stuff in but thats expected. Would be nice if the bag was easily re-sealable as it is hard to eat all of it in 1 go.

Kinder Cookie - the flavour was really nice of the cookie however it was plain cookie with one small kinder bar piece on top. There was no filling / chocolate in the actually cookie, it was just a plain cookie base which was disappointing.
