Like most people I found Michael a very friendly and courteous guy, however that’s where it ends. I have to say both he and his brother must be the worst plumbers I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. They installed four radiators in my new extension, they had to return 5 times to cure leaks on them, they installed my Quooker hot tap and connected the drain above the drain outlet and it leaked all over the inside of my £17000 kitchen units. How on earth any plumber worth his salt would think that a gravity drain would drain uphill amazes me. Then to top it off he connected the cistern flush in my toilet to a hot water feed and has refused to come and correct it. Please take note of the above before you engage this company and has I see he’s supposed to be a corgi gas safe engineer what problems I could of had if I had any gas appliances or pipes for him/ they to connect. Use at your peril!!!’

In January 2021 we redeveloped a bungalow for our retirement as part of this we required a complete replumb and rewire.We reviewed several companies and decided that whilst we were doing the refurb that we would also install a solar pv system.We spoke with Michael Hand who made several suggestions which we looked into and decided to install the MyEnergy system with a storage battery.Michael and Chris Greensmith reviewed our heating needs and we went with a new A rated gas boiler and following Chris’s advice installed a multi room air conditioning system.During the spring, summer and autumn months the solar provides the majority of our energy needs with the air conditioning heating our lounge and bedroom.The work was completed on time, within quoted amounts and completed tidily.We can heartily recommend Greenheat Renewables Ltd, for this level of project.They will be our first choice for any future renewables improvements.

After being let down by a national company who promised the earth but delivered nothing we contacted GreenHeat. Michael came to our home address did a survey and we agreed on what system we should have installed. The solar system was installed slightly earlier than the agreed date much to our delight. The panels were fitted to the roof on a Monday the electrical work was started on the Wednesday and completed on Thursday.All the work was completed within budget and tidily.We found everyone associated with the company to be polite and professional and would highly recommend them regarding solar installations.
