Clean. Well mannered staff it's on 3 levels which are easy to go to the escalator or the lift if you are in a wheelchair. Ease of entry. Good choices of a price that we can afford considering the cost of living rises

Brillaint store and staff, however one massive problem for me is toilets.The store is so big and to properly look takes time, plus the ques to pay are alway long so trips to store are not quick.With children no toilets is a problem when you are 3rd floor basket full and your child says they need the toilet.Now I have a medical condition that means I can very suddenly need the toilet and have no time to wait.Therefore I'm now unable to risk shopping in this store .It really upsets me as I was regular customer, I hope my health improves or someone listens to our concerns

GREAT, HOWEVER:Great selection of mens clothes on the top floor with changing rooms, which saves you going downstairs, the staff at the changing rooms were also very nice. Good selection of stationary, home items, electronic accessories (phone cases, headphone cases) , and electronics themselves (headphones, chargers).HOWEVER, there was not enough staff on the ground floor tills as per usual. But the staff on the tills were nice.

Went into the Primark in Poole this morning needed some new sunglasses they had a great selection and I chose some nice orange ones. Nice staff members and well stocked store

I visited the Primark Poole store today, when I was about to leave the shop, I realised that I had lost my phone, and I went back to speak the the young lady who served me at the till. she was very helpful, went out of her way to help. She really gave an excellent customer service. I really appreciate and thankful for her service. I then later found my phone in Subway, and thanks to the person who found it and handed it to the staff at Subway. Thank you.

Left here with 80£ worth of clothing, around 6-7 items, reasonable priced and i was truly happy with the materials of the clothing, super comfy too

Great products as always but at the time we were there we were in a queue of fifteen people waiting to be served by two members of the staff/team. The management should be capable or have a system in place which will obviate this. We decided not to wait therefore income lost to you Primark.

Absolutely lovely stuff in here, and all reasonably priced, BREASTFEEDING FRIENDLY, I know the seating shown in the pictures is for those who are waiting on people changing in the changing rooms, it was nice to be able to sit and feed my daughter as not many places in Poole have places.And they have charging under these seats free to use also, very welcoming shop, staff were super helpful and overall a pleasant visit!
