Spa at Ye Olde Bell

A great place to stay with such a lovely warm atmosphere and very welcoming staff, Ye Olde Bell is the place to go if you want a relaxing weekend away. The spa facilities are incredible and left me feeling revitalised. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Shared Christmas present with the wife. Made to feel at home from the moment we walked in the door. Staff throughout were attentive, friendly and helpful.The spa itself is lovely with some great features (looking at you snow walk and the heated stone seats by the pool).Lunch was superb, beautifully cooked and full of flavour.Overall, a wonderfully relaxing day. Already planning a return.

Absolute gem of a hotel/Spa. Highly recommend staying in the lodge (there are 2 I think).We had a full day spa (which included lunch), an overnight stay in the lodge and breakfast included for a very reasonable price!The spa is perfect. Well kept, with friendly and helpful staff. There are drinks available or you can get alcohol etc brought to you. Loads of space in the spa and a great selection of saunas/steam rooms etc.We didn't have any treatments but they are available. Lunch was superb. Absolutely fantastic.The lodge was stunning. Very well presented and feels very special. There is a basic kitchen area so you could prepare things like baby bottles and a snack etc.The evening meal is the only aspect that we had any issue with, but this was minor and quickly addressed (to our satisfaction) by a very polite and apologetic person. The food was lovely though and again, reasonably priced!All in all, a place well worth a visit for that special occasion!

The spa day that I recently had at Ye Olde Bell was to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. It really was a wonderful experience. The staff were wonderful, friendly and couldn't help us enough. From the staff around the pool, bar staff, waiting staff and reception, just a fabulous experience. The food was just beautiful too, aswell as all the facilities. It really was a lovely relaxing day, and one to remember. I would definitely recommend Ye Olde Bell spa and will be visiting again soon hopefully.

Very nice, modern SPA, I have been 3 times and I will most likely visit again.I loved herbal sauna and the indoor/outdoor pool and the treatment was also very good.I came in last couple of weeks to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday. The SPA is quite small but I like it as it feel more private.

* * * * * Utterly incredible. * * * * * Our experiance was exactly what i expected and then some. The service was exceptional no matter what i asked for they found a way to provide it. There was never a time i didnt have a drink in my hand and although if your looking for a cheap getaway this most likely isent for you but if your looking for absolute luxurious comfort and relaxation this is the place to beat for us. We have stopped in some of the more expensive hotels and spa's but this one is by far the most iv ever paid and its well worth it. I cant thank the staff enough for all their help. The spa and hotel were very clean and nothing out of place eveything was well organised and the massarge was an actuall professional massarge you can easily tell the diffrence when you experiance it compared to anywhere else. My Fiancée was the happiest ive seen her in a hotel which is all i could have hoped-for. Thank you so much for making our special occasion a magical one. * * * * *

Wonderful place with excellent amenities delicious food. Noise level of inconsiderate guests is down to individuals. Using their phones in the spa and having to listen to their rubbish is very annoying and doesn't help in trying to relax. Staff are excellent and therapists outstanding.
