Great customer service, Kane was most appropriate. Wide range of products, Kane helped us find two table and chairs to suit our requirements. Would definitely recommend with the experience I had today.

Great shop with a large selection of well priced quality garden furniture. We were impressed with the sales staff, being very helpful friendly and not pushy. We also received good after sales support.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Chimes. I ordered a garden umbrella in grey, and they delivered beige. Called to rectify a couple of weeks later when I actually opened the product, and initially they did not want to rectify their error. In fact I was told I only had 24 hours to do so, until I stipulated legislation around returns. They then agreed to exchange for correct product and waited another week for delivery to then get a replacement cover. This is not what we agreed and when I questioned it I got told tough…. Extremely poor level of service and a very unsympathetic attitude to customers…. Hope u improve….In response to owners response, the reason I gave you a one star review is firstly, you tried to fob me off and initially stated I only had 24 hours to report the issue, when under the consumer rights act I have 31 days to return or exchange any unopened, unused product. Secondly, Debbie advised she was exchanging product, even messaged me in writing to confirm I could open parasol… if she was not exchanging product, why would I need permission to open my own parasol…… the one star review is due to you guys saying one thing and doing another….. the fact your boys had ti drive 120 miles to rectify your mistake is irrelevant….

We purchased a garden corner suite, which is lovely & had the white glove service. Sales lady very helpful.We had,once delivered a change of mind as to whether we'd chosen wrong or not & called Chimes to see if they could swap it. They were extremely helpful especially Debbie in Sales who really went out of her way to help, which to be fair she didnt need to as it was completely our fault. In the end we decided to keep our furniture & it it looks lovely in our new garden. Would highly recommend this company.

Communication needs improving. A simple change of address was needed for my order to be dispatched. I emailed proof of ID, and a further 2 emails since to check on the status, and still to get a reply. Hopefully when the items arrive, they make up for this delay.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom were made to feel very welcome , had a good browse round , no pressure selling very helpful when required .I purchased a nove cambridge set first one had a bit of damage spoke to a very helpful Debbie in customer services who agreed to exchange it no fuss no quibble , not many companies are like that , To cut a very long story short the company could not do enough for us and Debbie was first class a big thanks to all . All happy now with the product now thanks again ps give me a ring when the cover is in stock lol

I recently received my furniture set and I have to say I couldn't have asked for more. The ice bucket is slighly crude but it does what it's supposed to do (Chimes - you may want to consider changing it with a plastic one). That was the only thing I'd change, everything else is spot on.The communication off Debbie from start to finish was first class and made the whole experience stress-free.I can't recommend Chimes highly enough - First Class Company.

Thank you so much to all the team at Chimes, you are all so wonderful Kane was brilliant and and helpful.I had a slight issue with my set that was rectified with in 2 days,Best company to buy your furniture from, they don’t push you, they let you walk round and try all the beautiful chairs! The help I received was absolutely incredible, fast delivery! they delivered my rattan set and I’m absolutely happy!! Thank you again to such a wonderful team!!

Good selection of garden furniture. Lots of rattan type options and aluminium ones at the front of the shop (Nova range). Some BBQs at the back and furniture to the left. We've gone with a Nova L-shape model for our garden furniture and some lanterns! Good to try in store as even between models there are differences.

Amazing company to deal with, honestly a 5 star experience!Just purchased a corner sofa for my lounge, dining table with chairs, lamp, mirror and garden set and have to say their customer service was amazing from start to finish. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help me make decisions and ensure all my furniture was delivered within a week of me ordering it. I opted for the White Glove service on the firepit set for the garden which was well worth the £80. This was a two man service which included the delivery with them taking it straight into my garden, building the set and also taking away all the boxes and clearing up after them. The drivers were very polite and professional. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and looks very classy. Thank you for providing not only high-end products but high-end service. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.
