Professional, competitive on pricing and extremely knowledgeable about tools for each trade. Only the best tools sourced by them which keeps you on the straight and narrow. Extended warranty on your power tools if you chose to have then maintained by them also.

When looking to buy they were very competitive on price and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately my machine developed a starting issue, not a show stopper but definitely made my job harder, but not an issue forPTE. I got support directly from the workshop and when the problem persisted they went out of their way to fix it. Outstanding service, from a customer focussed business. Can't sing their praises enough. Thank you.
