Found Fawcett to be the best online price and ordered a Green Genie filter box and 10 metres of pipe for my pond. True to there word the items were out for delivery next day via DPD, after only one item arrived at halfords for collection i spoke to Fawcett who went straight to work with DPD to investigate where the item had gone and said she would call me back tomorrow and either send a new pipe next day if it couldn't be located. That evening my neighbour comes around with the missing parcel and all is good (minor error from DPD). I then went to set the filter up and found the glass for the UV light broken spoke to Fawcett again who without hesitation sent a new glass out next day. I felt the service by Fawcett was very personal and couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you very much and look forward to purchasing products from you in the future.Chris Benton
