I came in today and was served by a man named Dan. He was so kind and helpful while I was in the store. He helped me get a new battery fitted in my watch and gave me the best customer service I have received in the whole of lakeside. Would like to thank him so much for all of his help. He also served everyone else that came in while I was there with the same great custom service and kindness. Would like to thank him so much.

The watch has been with Watchlab for 7 weeks. The customer service provided has been very poor. I have made contact with them 4 times in the last seven days and despite being told on EACH occasion I will get a phone call to let me know what is happening, I have not been contacted. I have just requested the watch to be returned to me and I will take it to a professional independent repairer.

I took my tag watch to get a battery replacement, after getting it back is nasty deep scratches all on the back! I had a battery replaced on my michael kors watch at same time and the strap feel apart when I collected it, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Don't go to lakeside watch Lab as I did and the manager done me a deal 350.00 pounds grand total to fix my watch. Then another member of staff phoned me 3 months after and said it will have to go to swisaland to be repaired. I said how much is it going to be as I have a deal 350. 00 pounds. He said no extra charge. Then on the 02/07/2022 the manager told me that it would cost 1672.00 pounds to be fixed. I said don't be silly as we have a deal. He denied it. But I have the receipt for grand total of 350.00 pounds. As given by the manager I feel as I have been lied to and mislead

Absolutle professionals from start to finish, great customer service extremely helpful. Took and expensive watch in today 18.8.22 for a strap replacement, nothing was too much and the finish and care that was taken was fantastic. Thank you lakeside store 100% recommend
