Fantastic service from start to finish.Martyn was extremely professional and very knowledgable on all aspects of our project. From the early design process through to the comprehensive installation, I knew we were in safe hands. The level of detail Martyn went to was above and beyond any expectations we had. A complete waste of time and really unprofessional. I contacted them via their email on their website with the detailed outline of the project I would like them to work on. I was contacted by Martyn who I believe is the director for a home visit so they could provide an accurate quote. We met and agreed on the finer details on what needs doing and they were keen to take on the job. My impression during the meet was actually quite positive but since then I’ve heard nothing back. I emailed a few times to chase up and also called bit now I no longer get and replies back. If they didn’t want to take on the job I would have been quite happy if they said that they could not take on this work.

Exceptionally professional, quick and friendly end to end service by Martyn.TV and Sonos sound bar installed in bedroom with perfectly neat cabling and additional power sockets added.Martyn offered a refreshing view of the install with different cost options allowing me to choose the install that met my needs but within budget. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Needed a big tv raising on the wall to fit a new soundbar underneath. Had them fit some rear speakers at the back of the room and re route some existing wiring to relocate the virgin box. From the moment Martin came round to discuss the installation and quote I knew they were no cowboys. I didnt want too touch the tv as it was hard enough putting it up in the first place and done have accidental insurance lol. As soon as he said we replace anything that gets damaged thats all I needed to hear. Everthing was done to a very high standard and they tidied up after thereseleves at the end of the day. Even made custom length cables for the rear speakers as they were not long enough and hooked all my equipment up to what I wanted. Cant even see a single wire if im honest. Even gave the other half a run down on how to use everthing which was very nice of them. We have allready had some great movie nights (almost like being at the cinema). I will definetly not hesitate in the future to use them again. Top quality. If you need anything av doing then look no further, these are your guys. Thanks again

We recently worked with Martyn on a job in Leicester and he was absolutely fantastic. He came to look at the job on Sunday, provided a quotation and by the following Monday he was on site and got the job sorted over 2 days (CCTV install & installing 4 Sonos Speakers with an AMP).Martyn is very professional, polite and most of all the job was quality with minimal damage to the ceiling. Any pilot holes made were made good.We shall be using Virtuoso AV again and may be the only company we use in the future.Thanks.

What a brilliant team. I think the thing I like the best is that they take time to talk, to assess and then complete the job. They are friendly, tidy as they go and then re assemble the room. I have had Virtuoso complete 2 jobs for me now, one to mount my TV, and a second to add more ethernet ports around my home. Martyn has been great both times, fast, efficient and focused finishing with a top job.

We had an initial enquiry at the end of May which did get us a quote and a follow up email, but then despite attempts to gather additional information and get booked in via email and phone yielded no result.I wouldn't be so bothered if I wasn't seeing social media posts of work being done while I'm chasing for a response. I appreciate everyone is busy, but you can't post about late night first fixes and going the extra mile when you fall at the first hurdle with others.Extremely disappointing because the initial chat with Martyn was really insightful. Hopefully others have better luck than we did :(
