purchased a new contract phone, next day received a email saying Order Cancelled for Security Reasons.Hope they did not messed-up my credit score!!!Phoned up the customer service try to find out what is the problem but been told that they cannot tell me where is the problem... So now they got all the data about me and my bank details and I got nothing!!!Never had a phone contract declined!!!

Again with everyone else on here I agree this is a scam. Took money from an account and cancelled phone order.. ordered through uswitch so won't be using them again either.I have not failed the credit check as it states I've passed the credit check and gives no reason to why cancelled but took the money ok??

Ridiculous company, they dont answer the phone, the computer just hangs up on you, they reject your application on security grounds but then give you absolute no details as to what the security issue was.Then the customer service agents on live chat can't even spell, its laughable reallt.

Ordered a phone two weeks ago. Switched providers. The phone was advertised with a snapdragon 888 processor. After noticing some of the apps optimized for that processor not performing well I did a check and I was very disappointed to find there was an alternative Mali inside. There's no email service n there line is probably not open this time of night. Hopefully they will be able to sort it out. But it's not cool.Update.Phoned customer service n they were very understanding of my situation. I explained they had sent the non pro version by mistake. Had to stay on hold for a while but hopefully I will have the new phone in a week.Further updateSo I returned the phone Monday afternoon. Got an email Tuesday saying they have the handset. It's Friday now and iv received no update on when my replacement handset will arrive. I called today and they had no update for me. They said the order had been escalated to top priority.I would at this point suggest to anyone reading this......go with a different provider. I was supposed to have a new phone on the 1/11. It's now the 19/11.

I don't usually write reviews but having recently used this company and seeing all the negative reviews i thought it was only fair i shared my experience with metro phone.I ordered an iPhone 12 pro, the process was very easy. I swapped my number over as well. The phone arrived next day and the process was very easy and efficient with no problems. I will use them again and will recommend to others

Cashback is definitely a scam. They give you very little information on how to claim this and they Don't email you, notify you or give you any warning when the small period to claim it comes about. As a result I am nearly £200 short. Stay clear.

I took out a contract and returned the phone within the cooling off period as i didn't like it. They agreed to the return and then took ages getting the disconnection from the network sorted out, the upshot of this was that Vodafone were chasing for almost £1k which I didn't actually owe. I had to sort it myself with the network who agreed to refund the charges.. eventually! This would have been a 1 star review but i've literally just had a call from their customer services to follow up on my problem.

One of the worst companies in existence, if possible would give 0 stars. Customer service appalling, was on hold for half an hour despite being 'first' in the queue. My phone still has not arrived despite ordering 7/8 weeks ago and now have no phone as my previous phone's contract ran out and timed it so the other would be here on time. No sign still of when my new phone will arrive, stay away from this company at all costs!

Horrendous company! Exercised my right to return my phone within the time period as I just didn't like it. They took it out of the protection I sent it in and then returned it to me. They said it was a mistake and to send it back. I sent it back and they then said it was damaged and won't give me back my money. I would advise everyone to stay well away from this company, they are unprofessional, lying, thieving charlatans.

Found a too true to be good deal via Smartphone Checker. Three and a half weeks later I was still waiting for my phone to be delivered. Metrofone kept telling me they were having delivery issues, yet the very same phone is still being advertised on their website, various deals, three day delivery. A total waste of time so I cancelled the order today.
