I caught my hand in a door damaging both my engagement and wedding ring. I'd tried several jewellers who didn't want to repair my rings due to how the stones were set. I came across saint gyles and they were able to repair both my rings with no issues. They looks so fresh and sparkle again, a repair well done. Thank you

Needed a watch repair done, watch running fast. Totally cleaned and fixed for £75. I had previously gone to Michael Jones in Northampton and they just send them off to another company and the quote was £580!!! Excellent service too. Recommend

After being let down and having a terrible experience at another jewellers, I can honestly say that the Mother and Daughter team at St Gyles were amazing. I visited them asking for help and advice on a precious family ring that had been re-designed in a very bad way. I was made to feel so welcome at St Gyles and both Mother and Daughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with what they have achieved with restoring my Grandma's ring, it is totally stunning. I would highly recommend this jewellers to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again.

I definitely don't recommend it.I left my watch for repairs with them for 15 days. Obviously, they didn't do anything to it. It just lay there. They didn't even check the watch to see what was wrong with it.They had such a disrespectful attitude towards me compared to others. Maybe because I'm an Eastern European. There isn't another explanation for this.When I came to get my watch back, they didn't even apologise or give any explanation for the bad treatment I had there.

I have bought quite a few pieces of jewellery from this delightful shop and always pop in for a browse and a chat. Everyone is helpful. I lost a Diamond earring and they were able to make another to match. They have some unique original stunning pieces.

Kathryn & her team recently created 3 beautiful 22ct gold band rings out of jewellery that had been passed down through the family. The rings that have been created have great sentimental value & they are now ready to be passed to grandchildren who we know will equally cherish them.They are absolutely gorgeous & exceptional value for money. Just got my ring back from resizing and it is perfect! I bought my ring after speaking to other jewellery brands and the staff and Saint Gyles made me feel so comfortable and reassured. The ring was back exactly in the time they stated and a reasonable price too. My ring had to come down 5 sizes and I couldn’t be any happier with it now!
