Tried FEAST, was really good! Careful though as this is extremely difficult - we've done difficult" rooms before and escaped but this one was genuinely *very* difficult

Despite being told multiple times on the email confirmation to arrive at least 5 minutes early we waited outside for 10 minutes until 10.00am when the owner finally showed. Waiting around while the owner opened up and got everything ready was a total immersion killer. We booked 2 rooms back to back. Phobia and Feast. Having done around 100 rooms between us and seeing all the great reviews we were very disappointed with our experience. Phobia was nothing more than a hole in the ground and a load of irritating high pitched noise being played over the sound system. When you asked for a hint one didn't come, or if they tried you couldn't hear it over the awful sound system. The lack of light was also so irritating trying to put codes into padlocks. A very frustrating hour spent with a couple of good scare moments that saved it from a one star. Now onto Feast which was just a complete money maker and almost unplayable. It was so dark you couldn't enter anything into the padlocks, 15 minutes in a red light came on to help which I'm sure was supposed to be on from the start. A light on the cabinet that was critical to solve one of the riddle puzzles also didn't come on for about 10 minutes. Add in answers to puzzles that just didn't make sense, a complete lack of assistance when you asked for a hint and only 52 minutes of time given for an hour experience. The list just went on and on. We have completed 95% of the rooms we have entered so to be told we had only got 21% of the way through this one was laughable. Loved the concept hated the execution.

4th time visiting, and has been excellent the first 3 times. However tonights experience was poor. Firstly we arrived at our allocated time, to be asked if we'd already paid and what name we had booked under. They had clearly double booked, as we were told they were having technical difficulties with Feast and that the room wouldn't be ready until at least 7pm. We had booked for 6pm. We agreed to wait in the bar, where more apologies regarding the 'technical errors' were made. We could clearly hear noises and people screaming in Feast. So obviously a double booking had occurred. Just be honest guys, don't make up lies. Having done Feast before last year but didn't make it out, we wanted to try again. Shortly after we started, we realised that the room must not have been reset properly after the last group. It was so dark in there that we couldn't read codes properly either. My brother had to get his lighter out in order to see. The torch they put in the room didn't work (it did last time). Needless to say we didn't get out, We actually got further last time. Very disappointed after such great visits previously.

Having never done an escape room before, not really into horror films and practically scared of my own shadow when running up the stairs in the dark, this place is a MUST!! From the minute I arrived and knocked on the door I was completely dreading it. Myself and 3 work colleagues went into Entity and we escaped!! I must say if you believe or have experienced any form of paranormal activity behaviour before, then THAT is the room for you, as i experienced activity in there!!Would definitely return to do other rooms! 100% recommend!! Owner and staff are also great!!

Visited for ‘the curse of pall malls’ and what a fantastic spooky walk through! Our host was amazing and the actors were fantastic at causing us jump scares. The stories of each rooms were really well thought out. Such a cool and different thing to put on, I’d recommend to anyone that loves some horror!

3rd time visiting. We failed entity but wow what a room. I think its my favourite. They've all been fantastic and we can't wait to have another go at completing Entity. How can anything be so fun but terrifying. Would highly recommend. The rooms feel so real, the clues are very creative and clever. The staff make it come alive and the building itself is so spooky. And finally there's a bar. Fantastic night

The best escape room me and the wife have been to , Kenzie and another woman (sorry didn’t get her name) were absolutely amazing set the scene so well and were just so lovely , really felt they loved there job and were passionate in making a great experience . We played entity which is the least scary room they do but still had us both scared and laughing . Definitely will be back to do the other two rooms
