Very productive meeting, with swift response times. If you're looking to sell your B&B or hotel then I'd recommend this company, no up front costs, and no sale no fee to them.

This company is not upfront and honest, waste your time gaining interest on property they’ve already sold, whilst delaying a viewing. Daisy, Hayley and Kieran to note were in on our most recent time waste. Vendors clearly miss out on offers due to the lazy approach

I chose Sidney Phillips to sell my Hotel in Blackpool as they were by far the better agent out of the several I invited around and they were far more knowledgeable than the local Blackpool agents plus they had an accessible website that didn't need a degree to search for properties!Good selection of hotels for sale as well as restaurants and pubs for sale which is what led me to choose them.Staff kept me informed before and during my sale and were very helpful and efficient when it came to arranging viewings and dealing with offers.I would highly recommend them.

Terrible company. Time Wasters. They book you viewings without confirming with vendor. We went all the way 2 hours drive and ckme to know that person who was showing was ill and not coming. Avoid Sidney Philips.

Great service from a great team headed up by Robin & Co who managed to get a very tough and stressful sale over the line.You don't get many like this one but they helped get it there eventually.
