Had a walk around a few times but not brought anything. But the shop was clean and tidy so can't say much else.

Carpet was nice but fitters didn't do great job I paid 1200 and they have pieced at the door to kitchen looks as if it's been measured wrong not happy

Came out measured and fitted carpet within 4 days

North Shields salesman was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend no problem.Benfield road branch ....salesman just the opposite. Gave the feeling that he couldn't be bothered to serve us.Carpet fitters were excellent. Delighted with the result.

Update: Unfortunately we have now had an issue with the laminate layers. They wanted to be in and out despite knowing it would take more time, they cut up all the boards in the bedroom, I am still trying to get the sawdust out of the room. They got very stroppy with me when I had told them we didn't want any tracks in between the doors. Leaving the sawdust in the room and cutting it in there ensured that they wanted me to ruin my floors by clearing and cleaning it up afterwards. If you don't clean sawdust properly off laminate it will scratch it up and ruin it when you go to mop it. This felt like a destructive tactic because I asked them to do their jobs. Very disappointing.The shop: Very knowledgeable in the aspect of flooring and the prices are very good. Store was clean and service was excellent, all questions were answered and the attention to detail was good.Laminate fitting team first time round were very very good. These guys are well informed and worth the money just watch them.Vinyl floor fitter was very good and didn't do any extra cutting, some of the less skilled will cut it a few places to bend it round but he was skilled.

Got to be the worst company goingBought a new build and agreed to have these fit the whole house out costing around £2500 in total for them to have the visit the property 6 times now due to incorrect measurements/Not having my selections in stock (after agreeing it 7 weeks prior)/and now forgetting to even apply the trims to the doors having to wait till the 7th due to a complete lack of any brain cells this company owns.Avoid at all costs ill be logging a complaint with the regulator and the ombudsman's about the idiots working here

Great customer service, good knowledge of stock and availability. The store was clean and we were reassured that the carpet would be fitted during lock-down with social distancing measures in place. We are very pleased with the whole process. Thank you.

Tried to charge me £850 for 2 rooms laminate flooring, absolute joke. He also asked if I could afford it and I said no which he replied with “yeah yous don’t look like you have much money” WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I will never use this company again ive ordered two carpets off them and each time there's been issues with the carpets and they haven't been able to be fitted leaving me sitting in a mess each time. awful experience with them do not use them

The free underlay very poor quality. We had a very poor service. And after service there's none. So we look else where. I love carpets me. Of course you do especially the money and profits
