Stop of as I have a cracked rim on my BMW after a pothole,the technician was very helpful and he is trying to get me a replacement rim,hopefully he will be successful.

We came in because the tyres of our rental car had a tear causing it to start leaking air so we came in and we waited just about 10 minutes and everything was solved. The employees were all very nice overall it was really good service and extremely fast.

I have had a wee bit of work done on the car lately and the work has been done to the highest quality and its all thanks to paul and the crew at thompson tires, i most definitely will be back again and nothing is impossible for paul and the guys, they even changed my sidelight bulbs too which is a great added bonus, i highly recommend paul and the crew.

Came in for alignment & ball joints. Told me I needed suspension parts to do the alignment, put the ball joints in but whatever way they did it a insurance approved mechanic couldn’t even get them back out said to me “I’ve never seen a job like it” I told the mechanic I needed these other parts for alignment. Left the car with him a few days and he told me I didn’t need them at all. Then these cowboys had the audacity to charge me over £100 for the ball joints & no alignment. I’d avoid them at all costs if you need repairs or tyres done go elsewhere where they don’t rip the bag off you. Wouldn’t believe a word they say it’s a money grab plain & simple. Never be back to another Thompson tyres again. God know how many others have fallen for the same thing.

Fixed my puncture quickly. No hassle. Will definitely use them again. Took away the stress of having a flat tyre.

Brilliant service, had my car recovered here on a Friday night due to hitting a pot hole and bursting the tyre, they had it sorted by 10am next morning. Thanks lads.
