Internet does not work in the rain or any bad weather even though I'm about 75m from the mast! Can be a real pain.

I've only given one star as you can't give none. This Internet is diabolical. The Internet doesn't work in the rain, sleet, snow, fog or when it's sunny. Leaves on trees affect the signal.....and if there is blossom. When you contact customer service they never phone you back or email when they promise and they only work 9-5.30 Monday to Friday despite what they may profess. I'm not convinced they monitor the system out of theses hours! If you have any other option choose another provider!!

Very helpful and accommodating.I wanted to establish whether Sonos would work with WiSpire WISP before I fitted the system throughout my house. Sonos support said they thought it wouldn't work, and it wouldn't work with my 4G mobile broadband.WiSpire offered to connect me to WISP so that I could test Sonos (turned out it worked fine and speeds were good) but then, as I was having the house completly renovated, they agreed to suspend my contract and charges until I moved in.A good price too for the service!

This internet service is the worst I have ever had; despite several emails and complaints this service has not been fixed and we have had no communication.I have seen how you have fobbed off other poor reviews by saying we dont recognise you on our system etc, so I am adding my address to authenticate (Peacock Barn, Broadmoor Road, Carbrooke).The internet drops out constantly and things like watching a film, video calling or even using social media are impossible due to the unreliability of the connection.I am not exaggerating, this review has taken me over 20 minutes to write because the signal constantly drops out! It is so frustrating and yet we have not even received an email response to acknowledge the problem.Appalling internet provider with even worse service!

We use both a business & home internet connection with WispireThis suits us in a remote village when no other reliable companies were availableWe have since purchased a booster so the WiFi could reach further in the house, which was not easy to connect, but the staff were helpful during the processWe wish our speeds were quicker, but that's down to our locationIf we have a problem at the weekend, it is difficult to get it resolved, but this does not happen oftenOverall we are happy with the service we receive

Installed almost two years ago, we have never had a problem with wi-fi to our mobile home at Merryhill Country Park. Very pleased with the installation and coverage, and at £15 a month can't complain! Unable to comment on speed as not something we need to check as always works perfectly for us (OAP'S)!

Only been with them a few weeks and basically Wi-Fi is rubbish it doesn't reach the whole house and cuts out multiple times a day; this despite spending a lot of money on their best Wi-Fi boxes. The VoIP service basically does not work again having spent money on a box to convert phone into internet line, I am losing business because of it as we speak. After service is terrible with phob offs and call backs that never happen. I shall be investigating T& C's as well as legal guidelines with regards to cancelling the contact should have stayed with Sky it was slow but at least it worked and no expensive extras !!!Update. Provider has fixed most issues albeit wi-fi is still not terribly good across the whole house. Phone system up and running and works fine. To be fair we received a bit of a refund which was well received and the after service improved greatly. Overall no major issues at present.

If I could give no stars I would.Wispire use to be really good. I had no issues. However, Covid hit and the service standards have dropped. My internet often goes off or the speed drops significantly.I have been given every excuse under the sun for this reason. The best one, ‘your neighbour may have something that affects your internet!’I pay £34.30 a month which is a lot of money for an unacceptable service. My internet hasn’t been working since last night. I have been at work today so have not had the chance to call them. I have come home tonight and there is still no internet. It’s Friday and they will now be closed until Monday. How this is acceptable? They are offering a service that is 24/7 but when it goes wrong (which is does often) you can only call during core weekday hours to sort it.I am paying for other subscriptions that I cannot use because they require internet and I am having to use my mobile data to do online stuff.They think they have the monopoly on people living rural but this will not always be the case as technology improves and competitors come into the market. I am thankful I now have a competitor who is able to offer a good internet service.I would in no way recommend this company.

Avoid this company. Terrible service. Their website and sales person said they could provide a service to our house. Then they said they couldn’t. They then said they would come out to do a survey but never turned up. They never return calls. Not good. Don’t waste your time.
