The service in the shop was really good. They listened to me talk about what I liked in shoes and injuries I was battling. Then they brought out a selection of shoes that all worked. After trying on several shoes and running on the treadmill in them all I left the store a happy customer with a new pair of shoes that felt good. But two days later I didn't feel so good when I saw the shoes on their website (and Topo's) at 125 when I paid 145 in store. Brought it to attention of the shop and they realised they'd charged me for the wrong pair of shoes so gave me refund of the difference.

They found the right running shoes for me in no time. They're very friendly and patient. I didn't feel any pressure to choose quickly. I'm very pleased.

Great service, was really useful to be able to book an appointment to sort out my running shoes. Will return when I next need new running trainers!

Went to buy my first pair of proper running shoes. I've just started running in the last 12 months and have signed up for a half marathon in October. Really wanted to get a pair of shoes that would enhance my experience. Harry met me and I explained what I was looking for. He was so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful when finding the right shoe for me . He really listened to my needs and came out with three different types of shoe. I ran on the treadmill in each pair until I had decided on the one that felt the best. I would definitely recommend this store for great running advice and for all your running equipment. Great Store !! Friendly, Knowledgeable staff no pushy selling was happy for me to try shoe's on even when saying I had no intention of buying that day ,I did buy some shorts and a t-shirt but that's what I went for !! They also make a Good cup of Tea !!

On a whim and rather rashly deciding to take up running I popped into the shop on my way home from work. I’m really glad I did. As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re about to get running (something which I haven’t for a very long time).When I mentioned I had Brooks years ago and they assessed and let me try on a variety of shoes and try them out on the treadmill to assess how I was running in them. Really swift and solid service that you definitely don’t get online! Well worth a visit

Great service and advice from the staff that even a newbie could understand

Went into this shop after being recommended, and I'm glad I went in. I walked in a bit unsure of what I was looking for as a complete beginner to running, but the staff were excellent in showing me all the different options of shoes and testing them out on the treadmill. Big thanks to Debbie for getting me kitted out!
