FastFix Drainage and Plumbing LTD

FastFix were brilliant when I had problems with drains which weren't just impacting my property but a public path. I had two different engineers out for surveys and work. They were both incredibly efficient, friendly and positive. Explained problem and solution clearly and then calmly sorted it out. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Robbing theives, don't call these frauds out they'll leave an absolute mess. Workers complain of no pension being paid for years on end. Looked up on the government system and are actually tax evaders also.. STEAR WELL CLEAR.

If I could it would be a no star rating. Where do I start engineer was unprofessional! rude!.kept on about how fast fix was founded on stealing, over charging and quoting for jobs that don't need doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plus was also told there fraudulent, scams customers out of there money and owes people thousands in pension, tax which they stole.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Fast Fix. From start to finish the whole experience was beyond 5 stars. The team in the office are great, really empathetic in the way they listened to my problem and even though they had a fully packed schedule they still managed to fit me in on the day of my call. Jack who came out was able to identify the issue that two previous companies could not and in just over an hour sorted out the exterior blockages allowing our entire system to flow seamlessly. They are also very competitive on costs which were laid out in the initial call. I highly recommend FastFix for any drainage problems you may have!!!

Brilliant service from Sean at FastFix. He moved all the garden furniture, cleared the drain in no time and put everything back for us. He even cleared up all the leaves and hosed down the patio as well. Great job! Would highly recommend.

Professional, Polite, Friendly, Punctual, Kind & Compassionate. I had Jack carry out plumbing work at my place recently. He did a fabulous job. He was clear in communication and always on time. Worked hard all time.The business as such was good in terms of communication and answering to on-demand queries.Definitely recommended.

We had a blocked stench pipe and and also a blocked 11/2 pipe from the bath to the stench pipe which was very difficult to gain access behind fitted panels. This took 2 visits to fix due to the difficulty and time of day. The second visit was by two young men in two different vehicles. I had my doubts when they arrived but I need not have worried. They could only lift the bath panel some six inches due to the way it was fitted, I looked round the door after 30 minutes to see one holding the panel as the other had crawled under to gain access and clear the pipe a very difficult thing to do. They refitted the panel and resealed it in place and left the bathroom spotless. The charge was as agreed and very realistic.Job Well Done..

If I could give this company zero rating I would.The owners of this company have a reputation of over charging customers especially vulnerable customers.They are total cowboys.One of their engineers told me how appalling they treat their staff and that most engineers have not been paid.Be smart and avoid this company at all costs.

Raheem came round and fixed some broken taps. I can't recommend him enough. He was professional, polite, helpful and extremely efficient. We will be asking him back again. Thank you for today!!
