Very friendly guys and great service!!

It was always great, but after changing ownership it's even better, whether you just want keys cut or a visit to deal with faulty locks etc at home. Prompt, friendly and NOT over the top expensive

Super service, polite and friendly chaps, Brian, his son and the other chap(sorry I don’t recall their names) were all so professional and polite, changed 3 locks, minimum fuss and very reasonable priced. Definitely will use them again…

Went there because wanted additional security for my door. Although very knowledgeable they seemed more interested in getting me to use their services to install another lock (costing £80.) When I told them I couldn't afford that sort of money they advised me to get an alternative device.I made more than one visit because I didn't understand how it worked and kept on coming back with the incorrect measurements. I finally got the right measurements but the bar I was sold was never going to fit and he knew it. Unsurprisingly I had to return it and I told him why. Initially he tried to replace it with another size luckily I had an example of the exact depth of my lock and I showed him the location of where the keep was on my door frame. He acted surprised when I'd done the same thing before I made the purchase originally! He even made the comment that I would have to pack it out" but I didn't understand at the time.At which point I had to ask for a refund.I will not be using their services again I found him surly and unfriendly and seemed to be more interested in getting the maximum amount of money out of me."

Good service. Was at the property within time he said would be. And solved the problem within 15min of arriving. All sorted under 1 hour.

I had a key to be cut which seemed to be a difficult task for the chap I normally use. Found Dyetts as a matter of urgency and they completed the task. I shall keep Dyetts in mind for future locks and keys needs.
