Awful service. Really unprofessional. Evicted for complaining about an Unfair Term, and an extortionate gas bill and then when we applied to the council as homeless, they lied to the council about the reasons for our eviction. Disgusting treatment by an apparently much-respected company. When I complained, they ignored my complaint so I had to get the Franchisor involved, who failed to answer the points I raised.Fees are a total rip-off, too. Six-monthly credit checks on all parties at £80 + VAT, plus tenancy renewal fees at expiry of their standard six month AST is unjustifiable and extortionate...Worst ever.

We experienced a first class service from Simon and the team at Mckinlays. Ours was not a straightforward sale but Simon constantly worked hard to accomplish a sale in a good timeframe. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself, as would my family.

Brilliant estate agents to deal with; I cannot rate them highly enough; they bent over backwards for us. I’ve never had such a good experience with an estate agent, it’s usually quite the opposite (which is what I found with the agents we bought from in Crewkerne). I would only be happy both selling and buying through McKinleys in the future!
