I used this garage to have one brake pad fitted last year and they tried advising me I need 4 new brake discs and pads and quoted me over £1,000 for this, I toke this to a different garage who informed me I have a year left on the brake discs and at that current time only required one brake pad. I was than quoted £375 to have all of the exact same work done on my car as what this garage quoted my over £1,000 for. I would certainly not be visiting this garage again, they can not be trusted at all.

Tyre fitter was so overtly rude to me and three other customers that I would give a minus star rating if I could. Really poor customer service, he spoke to people like they were something stuck to the bottom of his shoe. Everything was a problem to him and he clearly didn’t want to be there. National Tyres should do a survey of recent customers at this branch - I think bosses would be shocked at how many people have had an unpleasant experience there recently. I’m certainly never going there again, not to be spoken to like that.

Went in for a free health check, told it would take an hour and they'd ring when ready. 2 hours later, no phone call but car sat on the forecourt.Told car had multiple serious faults which would cost in excess of £750. Took it to two other mechanics who failed to find any faults at all and car sailed through MOT by a different mechanic the week later.Avoid.

Phoned this morning for oil change and new oil filter and diesel filter change. I was quoted price and I arranged to bring the car in the following day. I received phone call 2hrs later to say price is incorrect and it should have been an extra £110.I fully understand mistakes are made but a national chain can't give correct quote from outset is really poor. The conversation should have been, we've made a mistake however we will honour our price that we quoted.

A fantastic experience at this centre. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond.We were travelling from Scotland going back home to London when we had a tyre burst. It's a Saturday and getting to 5 pm when they close. We were 6 miles away and got there on stepney and Matthew and team did an amazing job. Real professionals who know what they are doing. Thanks Northallerton team.

Good choice and value tyres. Special mention to Matthew from Nortahllerton who was very informative and helpful. Will use again as the installer knew exactly what he were doing and was very fast and efficient in his job. Tyres are balances perfectly. Happy to leave a 5* review. Thanks.

Just wanted to write a review to thank Dean and his mechanic colleague who worked to fix my vehicle yesterday. After getting my rear brakes, discs and calipers changed by them in March, I recently noticed the rear left wheel would get noisy and very hot after short periods of driving. I called in yesterday and Dean managed to move around appointments so I could be seen to that day. His mechanic managed to fix the issue there and then without any further dramas. Genuinely very impressed and great customer service!
