I wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using this company again. I found them to be trustworthy and was very impressed as everything they said turned out to be true (Patrick the surveyor has a nose for damp, he knows his stuff), they completed the work to a high standard quickly using a large workforce, and they provided a guarantee for their works. I was happy to pay the price quoted. They were insured and I trust they paid their workmen a decent wage. I am very grateful to them for sorting the problem in my home.

A top class job- very thorough, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it, a great team of good-humoured, hard-working people who couldn't do enough for you- nothing was too much trouble. Very clean, gave the house a proper deep clean after their work. And the house looks and feels much better. Also, they were upfront about the pricing- did practically everything themselves- and no surprises with the bill. Brilliant work, many thanks!

I first engaged with Toners for a timber and damp/rot survey that was needed to secure the mortgage on our house. The survey was extremely thorough and picked up on all the problems in the house (which there were many) so we knew what to expect. We went ahead with the purchase and booked the guys in for the work.The list was substantial - chipping back to brick outside and rerendering, replacing wood, treating wood, pointing, replacing beams, excavating tons of rubble from under the house, structural work, fixing a bay roof, guttering, improving air flow, resealing windows etc etc loads more. Too much to list.They were great to work with and it all went to plan. They finished on time, kept me in the loop and were very considerate. They are really hard workers and offered solutions wherever problems arose. It's a great team.Our new neighbours actually commented on their work ethic too, so I've passed the details on. Can't recommend them enough. Cheers to the Toner crew!PS I was originally put onto another damp specialist" by the estate agent before buying the house. He was "easy to pay and knows his stuff"...nope...complete cowboy. Just be careful who you hire and make sure they're professionals. I dodged a bullet."

The team were at the house for 5 days completing work to address damp in several places. They were punctual, professional and extremely clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently had a damp survey and damp proofing works carried out by Toner. From start to finish they have been perfect. Throughout the process they were always bang on time and communicated with me regularly. When I received the results of my survey they answered all of my questions right away (and there were lots!). When the work started the guys were excellent, they arrived bang on time every morning and at the end of the day the whole property was left neat as a pin. Any time I had a query they sorted it out right away and they have done a very neat job all round. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and wish I had called them in sooner!

I would happily recommend Toners to any friends or family, they have just finished a damp proofing job and other work in my house and they have done a top class job. They finished every thing to a high standard and even got the 2 week job finished with a day to spare. They even cleaned up after them every day!

Needed the roof space treated for woodworm in an old house I purchased recently and Toner Dampproofing were amazing and quick to get us fitted in. Not only is this company brilliant at the service it provides the staff are lovely and keep you up to date with reminders of your appointment. I would highly recommend and if need be use again for other jobs.

Joe and Kevin treated my loft for woodworm. It took a phone call and a few texts to get it arranged.A few days later they arrived on time and got started right away. They were very professional and helpful. The treatment was done on all the roof timbers and under floor of my loft.The job wasn't easy and they did it in about 2 and a half hours. No mess and no fuss and no disruption. They were really lovely and friendly guys and gave me loads of advice. I'm very happy I went with Toner for this job as other companies were reluctant to do it. Excellent service.
