Absolutely amazing customer service. I had an emergency with my boiler late at night and as I’m based about 25 miles from the location of the business, the owner took it upon himself to FaceTime me and guide me through the process to resolve the problem. I will definitely recommend Boilers 24/7 Brentwood to all my friends and family, thanks again!

Found him on YouTube and he simply knows what he's doing, sorted the boiler out in 20 minutes while nobody else could sort it out for years. Strongly recommend!

Jay is an absolute gas engineer and a cheerful lad as well. Just had him route a gas line and connect to the cooker, the job was very well and neatly done. Holes were drilled spot on and no mess was made to the property. He is also willing to help and offer advise when asked. I will definitely recommend him based on the work he's s done and his actions.

Jay came within 10 minutes and fixed everything within 15 minutes. He even helped me with some advice and showed my how to adjust everything and fix stuff myself so I could look after my boiler and I wouldn’t have to call an emergency plumber again. Top man.

My carbon monoxide detector went off and Jay determined that my builders (who had done some work around the boiler) had messed with the housing, causing the leak. All sorted within half an hour and Jay clearly knew his trade and explained everything. Would thoroughly recommend :-)

Jay was quick to respond and sent someone round quickly to sort out an issue that I have been having with a kitchen tap. Very professional and a reasonable price. I would not hesitate in recommending. I will definitely be using again.

Will recommend their service to anyone. We called late one evening as we'd been having problems with our boiler for a few days, they came earlier than expected, took a look and walked us through everything we needed to do to maintain our boiler and also fixed everything for us. Really friendly and incredibly helpful, thank you so much for everything.
