After struggling to get a solicitor to get the ball rolling with my transfer of equity with the use of a LISA, I got in touch with Deepak. Right away he got things started, progressing the paperwork and dealing with our LISA provider in a very quick and efficient manner. All throughout his and Petra's communication was excellent. Very good experience- was recommended by my estate agent. I phoned them and spoke to Petra Tripass who sent me a quote for conveyancing. I was happy with the price and she set the ball rolling. I was asked to produce some documents, which I did and then Deepak kept me informed of the progress. The sale of my house was completed in 8 weeks. All parties happy.
