Great cleaning services with great communication to book the service. The price is perfect for the level of cleaning involved and the time it took to complete the cleaning. This is my second time arranging an end-of-tenancy cleaning with CleaningSure: 100% satisfied with the outcome.

We booked an end of tenancy clean and the team did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and thoroughly - the oven looked brand new. We were very impressed and happy with the service.

We hired an end of tenancy clean for a small one bed property at the price of £185. Whilst the team on the phone were very nice and professional the cleaning team did a pretty rubbish job. Lots of clearly accessible places, like the kitchen counters, walkway and utility cupboard were left uncleaned and there was still food in the sink drain. Having received many move-out cleans, this was by far the worst and definitely not the cheapest. The business policy is to provide a re-clean if you are unsatisfied but of course with move-out cleans, this is not always possible. In this case, I asked - rather fairly - if i could have some discount off the price (as much as would cost for a re-cleaning service) as a gesture of goodwill for having to clean the property for an extra two hours after the cleaning team had left. Of course this was not possible and I was sent images of the well cleaned property by the team. Funnily enough, none of the badly cleaned area's were imaged by the team. If you are having an end of tenancy clean I would NOT recommend using this service.

Wish I had checked the reviews here before using - absolutely terrible cleaning company. 2 cleaners came to do an end of tenancy clean for a large house and hardly did anything - I presume they ran out of time and just left. Utility cupboard & heating cupboard not cleaned at all. Wardrobe interiors not touched, drawers not cleaned inside, surfaces not wiped, freezer drawers not cleaned inside, fridge not cleaned inside. They came back for a re-clean, but left before I could tell them what else was missed.What's even worse is the attitude of the office staff who don't accept any criticism nor investigate to find out what happened. They don't care and simply refuse to help or refund any money, hiding behind their Ts&Cs.Use at your peril!

I paid GBP300 for an end-of-tenancy clean, but they did an incredibly sloppy job. They left cleaning product on multiple places, limescale throughout the bathroom, and did not even sweep the balcony or dust. Because of this I was charged GBP149 from my security deposit just so that the landlord could bring a new cleaner in to finish the poor job CleaningSure did. I do not recommend this company.

Very professional people with good knowledge of their job. My whole house was made just like new. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Had an end of tenancy clean. Cleaners arrived an hour early whilst we were still in the process of moving out, so they said they would come back in 30 mins but didn't come back for almost 3 hours. They then spent less than 3 hours cleaning a 4 bedroom house.We checked the property the next day and it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly with many surfaces clearly not even wiped or dusted and corners cut. There wasn't time to arrange a reclean before our landlord came to inspect the property so we ended up cleaning some more ourselves.When it came to paying the remainder of the fee, I complained about the quality of the clean and sent photos as proof. Cleaningsure were immediately dismissive and made excuses, even claiming my pictures were taken before the clean! After many emails back and forth they eventually agreed a 20% discount. Cleaning and customer service both poor.

I am really happy by finding this company. I’ve booked professional end of tenancy cleaning with carpet and upholstery cleaning. The cleaners worked quickly and thoroughly. We were very impressed and happy with the service and the stuff

Very high quality work, they left our place spotless. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
