Replaced boiler and installed Hive thermostat. Very professional and efficiant, explained everything very clearly. Whole experience was good from start to finish. Will be going back for annual boiler servicing.

Shan replaced our boiler and was brilliant to deal with – really nice and trustworthy guy. Communication was clear and carried out the job to a high standard. Shan managed to fit us in around other jobs within short notice as our old boiler had packed in and the job turned out to be more complicated than expected through no fault of his own, he clearly communicated throughout the whole process and we’re really happy with the end result – will definitely use again and recommend to family/friends.

If zero stars were an option, I would have given it gladly.Shan initially visited my property on 08/06/23 to assess the issue of no hot water in taps and showers. He provided a quote and returned on 12/06/23 to carry out the repairs. After his visit, I noticed a significant drop in water pressure throughout the flat but there was hot water. Despite his return on 13/06/23 to fix the issue, the problems persisted and the hot water was no longer working. Frustrated, I sought help from another plumber on 'MyBuilder' who efficiently resolved the pressure and hot water problems within 40 minutes. Shan's services were a disappointment and this is review is based on my personal experience.

Shan was totally professional and thorough, and was able to explain things in a very friendly and straightforward manner. It was very clear that he takes a genuine pride in providing the highest possible standards of customer care. I would have absolutely no hesitation at all in highly recommending him.

Chemical flush carried out on 3rd May. Did an excellent job, all radiators warm up including bathroom radiator where top 4 bars used to be cold. Very respectful of property and price very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again.

Really good to deal with. Made appointment to suit me, kept in touch to reconfirm, arrived on time, worked quickly and effectively to do Gas Safe check and modify hot water supply problem. Thoroughly recommend.
