Nice little cafe. Very busy on Tuesday lunchtime. Some seating outside. Good drinks and cake.

Service can be slow but coffee is very good and the staff are very friendly. Nice cakes and prices are very reasonable. If you have children make sure you have 50p ready as they have donation box for bread for the ducks

Great place for a coffee in Abbey/Millpond setting with good farmers market on Tuesdays. Cosy inside with local gifts and museum. Friendly staff. Homemade cakes. Only disappointment was cappuccino being served in cardboard cup when seated inside; normally crockery.

The staff are lovely. We had a large bowl of delicious home made soup with warm sourdough. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

An excellent cafe providing tasty food full of fresh ingredients and tasteful dressings. The coffee is tasty and nice to have a flat white that is not served in a thimble. The staff are really friendly and the setting is cosy. There are nice displays of craft work from local artisans and a small museum recording the history of the Abbey. Well worth a visit.

A wonderful find! Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent coffee and outstanding almond croissant and pain au chocolat. Don't miss the small exhibition of finds from the abbey! The abbey itself is well worth some time

Great little cafe and gift shop next door to the Abbey. Lovely staff serving great coffee and cakes. Preserves and chutneys along with other local delights on sale. Also a small gallery on site too. Well worth a look.
