Friendly staff. Great selection of food items. Ice cream and lottery tickets available too. Hermes parcel service available with delivery, collection, returns which is very handy if you are not home.

Waverley Road Inconvenience (Hermes parcel drop-off)I stopped in to drop off a parcel to be collected by Hermes (who I'd also avoid). The guy at the inconvenience store told me that the parcel was too big. But I explained that a Hermes standard parcel size was up to 120cm and up to 15kg, and my parcel was only 100cm and 5kg...The guy the calls his boss... he yells down the phone in a language I don't understand... then says to me no

The younger of the employees in this shop treats me like dirt. He rarely speaks and acts like a god when selling Alcohol. He has claimed mental health services has limited sales to a certain limit to several people I know. This is a complete lie as mental health services cannot and do not do such a thing.The prices of every day essentials are extortionate and they should be ashamed.Walk or get a bus to town and get your shopping at Tesco for a far cheaper price. The sooner this shops shuts the better.

Tried several times to drop parcels here. Every time they have refused to take them. And every time another parcel shop has accepted them and Hermes has delivered them successfully.

If you are expecting a delivery from Hermes please DO NOT DIVERT TO THIS SHOP. The shop always refuse to take any Hermes parcels in from the driver, so they get sent back to the depot. There are usually 2 or 3 parcels a day that this shop refuse to take, despite it being part of their contract with Hermes. This has been happening for a year now. My apologies if you are waiting for a Hermes parcel that you have diverted to this shop. The driver has tried many times to deliver, but the shop refuse to take it. On this occasion it's not Hermes' fault you haven't received your delivery, it's the shop staff/owner.

Staff member was rude and unhelpful. I tried to drop my Hermes parcel there and I was treated as an inconvenience. If you don’t want to accept parcels, simply don’t provide the service rather than acting as if the customer is an annoyance

I love this place as they always go above and beyond. They are good value for money and reliable. They know what they are doing with the cars and the team is very caring. They are all professionals and got good customer service skills. They got different packages to suit your cars look. They know what they are doing with the different products they use on the cars and they use the best of the best products only. My first experience at Motorfection was excellent. I am from London and they are based in Luton and I would take the motorway trip to them as I trust them with my car and they are the best out there as far as I know.

The personal is very rude and very unprofessional and unfriendly,for sure if you are there for Hermes parcels,my question is to the owner “If you are so unhappy with Hermes service that you must geve to the customers why are you still doing???” I was by you many times for my collection and you told me you have nothing for me when actually it was there and you didn’t check good. I’ll wryte to Hermes self and will do everything that you stop with your rude service to people. Guys a suggest you to choose another point for all your thing’s than that place,for sure. Thanks
