They destroyed my clothing, then accused my partner of lying about it, saying we must have brought it in that way and, even if we didn't, they didn't care if they ruined it because it wasn't their business. Aggressive, rude, and expensive, I would never go back here. Absolutely terrible.

Took clothes in to be washed and dried. After collecting the laundry and taking it home I saw that 2 items of clothing had been damaged/stained. I took the items back to have the issue addressed and had to deal with a miserable and unprofessional old woman. She said that she 'doesn't care that they are damaged. It's not my business. I only work here'. She was unapologetic, rude and incompetent.I paid just over £24 for about 7kg of laundry. The clothes that were damaged cost at least twice as much!Avoid this place at all costs! One of the worst experiences I've had with any business.
