Amazing service and amazing product. I cant thank Mike and his team enough. Really good showroom with lots of selection. He was even able to supply a paper catalogue of the products (that I prefer than just looking on line). We chose our wood burner (a modern Contrura round one) that was ordered and duly arrived (after we thought it may be delayed). Mike was in touch when he thought it was going to be delayed and offered me the closest one he had to what I had ordered from his showroom as I wanted the wood burner for Xmas, but this wasn’t necessary in the end. The 3 fitters (Carl and team) turned up on the fitting day after confirming they’d be here the night before. They turned up promptly (715am!) and got started. It only took them until 1045am to get it all installed and they were very tidy and caused no damage to my newly built/decorated room. I was very worried about how the flue would connect into the top on the wood burner as I specifically didn’t want any ‘lumps and bumps or tapering in’ ie I wanted the flue to look minimalistic sleek - hence why I chose the contrura 510G Style. Mike sent the fitters with 2 ceiling plates so I could choose which one i liked best. The first photos displayed are after 5 MINUTES of the fitters leaving so you can see how the ceiling and surrounding area was left! Unbelievable really. THANK YOU

I’ve used Calcaria Stoves twice now as I find them really easy to communicate with, their prices are fair, and they install the stoves to a high standard. We have been very pleased with the job they have done both times.

We are really happy with our stove and the service from the team. They were very helpful. I had lots of questions partly because we decided a specific colour. All the emails were answered promptly. The installation also went smoothly.

I thought I was going to be an object of desire in the centre of the lounge in a brand new A listed home, occasionally being burst into life when the weather outside was atrocious and the poor old (new) Air source pump along with all of it’s underfloor heating would begin to struggle.How wrong could I be; from day One when the outside temperature was around 15 degrees, I was burst into life becoming the central heat source whilst the poor new heating was slowly brought into life over a one month period and became the Life & Soul of the party when we had a power cut, supplying pizza, tea & coffee for the family.My owners are well chuffed and feeling smug having invested in such a wonderful piece of equipment.

Popped in to look for a fire and came away with a stove, surround, wooden mantle and a companion set! Great selection of stoves etc. FANTASTIC customer service, helpful and HONEST. Will update after installation.UPDATE. Installation was straightforward and a pleasant experience. The stove really packs some heat and we love it. It’s a compact cracking stove and perfect for our living room
