Housing Rights

Not a great deal of help to me.The Housing Executive are making a compulsory purchase order for the flat I own in Belvoir because of the cladding on the multi storeys.You don't get offered the market value. You can't negotiate over the price it's take it or leave it.The expensive service charges keep going up even though I'm waiting on a decision from the Housing Executive on the price minus service charges and this can take them weeks to do a calculation.The service charges are over £2,500 for the year for landlords and they insist that the flat is empty and has been from May and it's still not resolved. The whole process is stressful and unsatisfactory as you have no contact with anyone in the housing executive if you have questions.

Unbelievably rude cut me off every time I tried to speak he was condescending and in empathetic . I will ask for another ambient tomorrow I can’t believe the entitlement of that guy……super upset me that call I should have just hung up upset me terribly

Got the best help from these guys and got moved within 6 weeks of receiving their advice.

Horrible unhelpful service, get a solicitor and legal aid instead is my opinion.
