Massive store which always has a massive queue. Staff aren’t the friendliest and the products are of cheap quality. Good if you buy in the mindset it’s not going to last. Asked advice on the type of bulb to buy and ended up buying bulbs that weren’t fit for purpose.

Dreadful 'couldn't care less' staff at the checkouts and even worse Returns Policy, which is NOT in favour if the customer. Basically, come and spend your money here but if you find something faulty....get lost!!

I’ve been searching for a three foot artificial battery operated Xmas tree for weeks. It’s for my mum who has dementia and is in a nursing home. I tried on line shopping but they were hard to find at a reasonable price.I called at our local BM store and found exactly what I wanted. It’s just perfect and I’m delighted with it. Bushy branches, pre lit, battery operated, a little pot at the bottom. Looks amazing for the price. I’ve added a few more baubles ,, great tree at a great price

If I could add zero stars I would, I took back a kinder selection box after the kinder salmonella incident, because you wouldn't give a kinder product to any child, I did not want a refund just a credit note so that I could just get other easter goods for my son. But the manager simply said no they are safe" as a parent I am very angry and annoyed with the customer service."

Very staff oriented - shut shop early to suit staff when it suits and the long haired moustached manager does not have any customer service qualities whatsoever and needs retraining. Younger female manager is much more pleasant and seemingly, experienced. Expect better from store of this magnitude.

First time in this store today and was so impressed. Spotless, well laid out and most of all such pleasant helpful staff. Two in particular. Young girl on the till who when asked by me about an item of furniture not only went to find out availability for me brought it back with another colleague who then carried it out to our car. Such customer service and all done with a smile. Will definitely be back to shop again. Thank you for your help.

This is a really nice big store. Typical layout for b&m and was able to find everything we needed. Came here specifically for some dolce gusto coffee pods for our new machine and they are very reasonably priced in this store. Good customer service and clean store which is rare to see
