Lyndsay was so helpful can't say enough about this lovely lady she helped me find the right present just wanted to add to this review when I got home and realized just how long were in the shop and how much help Lyndsay had given me I had my son with me and Lyndsay showed him where he could sit and play on his phone while I was looking she was very kind and had a chart to him about Pokemon cards and told him about the pokemon shop round the corner he was very happy to chat to her and find out about it she then showed me quite a lot of items while being very patient with me so thank you Lyndsay she is also keeping her eye open for another item that I would like but is out of stock and she is going to let me know if it comes in she has gone above and beyond as far as I am concerned and u should be very happy to have a member of staff like that working for you thank you again Lyndsay I will be looking for you when I visit again

Me and the wife was on our way out to visit the Xmas Markets in Manchester. Whilst walking around I decided to break off from the market and treat my wife to some jewellery. On beknown to the wife we headed to Ernest Jones in the Arndale Centre. When we arrived at the shop I said to the wife, whatever you fancy you can have for Xmas, that sparkle in her eyes said it all. A lovely assistant bye the name of Lyndsay kindly looked after the wife whilst I looked around. The shop in general was very tidy, jewellery cabinet's were lovely and clean. After the wife picked out a lovely ring I settled up at the till, the ring will be arriving in the store over the next few days. Once again Ernest Jones many thanks

Good sales, likely the cheapest.But they didn't want to order a unworn watch (that was not in the window that people always fit on). Would've given 5 stars

We went there for buying our wedding rings. The staff told us to wait outside so she can show us the wedding ring collection on the window. After browsing the window a couple of minutes we realised the she was serving another customer. We were the first, right? why she couldn't ask the customers to say I'm serving another customer at the moment

This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I went in Ernest jones looking for an engagement ring and the staff were so helpful and could answer all of my questions with no problem at all. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction my fiancée loves it. 10/10

Clean, well laid and friendly staff however Expensive

Clean and tidy store with a diverse range of jewelry. Ive purchased a Vera Wang men's diamond wedding ring and Tissot watch on different occasions, Served by the manager (Steve) and I think Jack whom are both knowledgeable and have excellent customer focused attitudes... Highly recommended for special gifts
