Stagecoach at Winchester Bus Station

As usual buses that should turn up dont!.The Torys do well to make the fare £2 or free on sundays the the useless local lib dems cant run a proper service! Rubbish, run a bus service ? Couldnt run a bath.

Impressed thank you, this Bus Station serves a number of areas, it's professional and people friendly.

Difficult times at the moment with all the building work going on and no facilities at all but the staff are friendly and helpful and the buses and bus station are clean and safe

Unfortunately, ive had to change my review. Its worse than I said before. 1 star is all it deserves. Disgustingly rude staff, a manager that's in denial of how bad he has been managing stagecoach. Number 2 and 5 are always cancelled or late. Drivers don't care and talk and treat customers like they don't care. Swearing and shouting at customers who ask a simple question about the bus service. Having drivers get off the bus half way through their route when they are already really late so they can have a chat with their friends. Word for word a driver said 'if customers complain again about us being late, I'll get off the bus and walk off and make them later'. He tried to blame traffic when the roads were dead. Its a joke of a service and the people in charge don't care. They are even bigger jokes than their services. Am awful company run be even more awful people

A basic place. No real cover from the elements. Clean some seating. Friendly staff.

Could use more shelters so you don't have to stand in the rain

This is the main bus stop as well as the bus garage across the road! It's in a good area as by toilets, incase you need them, and at the bottom of the main pedestrian route into the town shopping area and not far from the Cathedral! There are bus shelters with seats too if you need them while waiting for buses!!

Often late and dirty buses - drivers tend to be rude apart from a few that I've encountered.

Busses are alright. Although one time I was overcharged because I was given the wrong ticketUpdate: it has worsened significantly buses are regularly late or early, 3 minutes early is a lot when you consider that's longer than the walk to the bus stop so you can end up missing it completely. Managed to make a bus that came early and was sworn at by the driver when I pointed it out
