Becky helped us fine the perfect match to refit our kitchen floor, she was very understanding and patient and the end result from when the fitters finished working there magic of laying the laminate floor, has transformed a dream into reality of our new kitchen. Brilliant service from first visiting in store to the final fitting!The employee at the MCK Flooring store in Chester went above and beyond to give us the best options, prices and information about which carpet would be best suited for what we needed.Turn around time from choosing what we wanted to then actually getting the carpet fitted was just under a week which we were really happy with as we wanted it in before Christmas.Price wise they are extremely affordable in comparison to a lot of other places which is massive bonus.We had some additional requirements which was no problem to them at all. Becky was brilliant and dealt with everything seamlessly for us, making sure we were kept up to date with the process and just providing an overall great service.Definitely will be using them again!!

Brilliant range of flooring and so helpful. Incredibly speedy service too- booked and fitted within a few days. Can’t recommend highly enough. Businesses like this deserve to do well.

I recently had MCK Flooring recarpet my entire flat. From the very beginning I was amazed with the service, the measuring was quick and efficient and friendly and the guy even brought samples with him so I could choose as he measured. He was very knowledgeable about each type of carpet and really impressed me! The quote was a fantastic price and cheaper than big name competitors plus I got to support a local family business. The fitters on the day were so so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough and the finished product is brilliant - looks like a new flat. Even got check up call from MCK flooring to make sure I was happy with the end product and to ask if they could do anything else for me.Don't usually leave reviews, but am truly over the moon with my service. Could not recommend them highly enough!

MCK Flooring had been recommended by a family member because I am moving house. I am so happy they did as I could not of been happier with the end result. I had a choice of either using carpet/laminate/ vinyl, I chose carpet as I am downsizing and as I am getting older, I wanted the property to feel nice and cosy. I could not of asked for better service from the staff either, John the estimator went above and beyond. I will be recommending to all my friends and family!!

These guys did a fabulous job of fitting laminate flooring at my Mum's place recently. I would like to say a special thankyou to the two fitters who came from Ruthin in Wales to fit the flooring in her front bathroom & en-suite. They did a fantastic job & were very polite, and when we took Mum into their showroom the week before to make a choice, the man who dealt with us in there was fantastic. Good manners are so rare these days that we really appreciated his (think his name was Chris).
