Excellent customer service and communication: I bought a trumpet mouthpiece that I wished to return straight away. I had paid by BACS and was refunded the same way. Prices were also favourable. I will certainly be buying from Trevor Jones Brass and Woodwind again.

I have been shopping and visiting this lovely situated Bristol music shop for years. The location is tucked away in the old part of the city, but its so ideal for the type of shop it is.The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Various musical instruments new and used.Well worth a visit

Our brass band was looking for a very specific make and model flugelhorn which was in short supply nationally at the time and we managed to find it here. Trevor and George were very helpful and friendly and our flugel player is now a very happy person.

This is a great shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I damaged the slide on my trombone, I took it in for repairs. They were able to quickly straighten out the slide and get me back to playing.

Olivanders for instruments (according to my daughter)... Our second experience buying an instrument here. Bought a flugel from Trevor online. They answered all my questions and packed the flugel properly for shipping. The flugel arrived in the condition as described on the website. Can be trusted and highly recommended. Hope to visit the actual shop someday.
